Repairs & Warranty

All furniture, custom furniture, and other custom orders where stated on the invoice include a limited warranty.

Limited Warranty: We agree to correct defects in workmanship which appear during the period of 10 months from the date the product is received/delivered. We will have no liability for defects or damages which arise due to misuse, mishandling, neglect or improper care by you or end users.

Please note that our responsibility for defects in materials and workmanship is limited to the repair or replacement, at our option, of the defective product. You agree that this is the sole remedy available to you for defective products. All implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. The Sale of Goods Act of Nova Scotia does not apply to orders and custom order contracts.

Exceptions may apply where stated on the invoice or agreed upon by the client.
