The Custom Process

  • This stage kicks off with you telling us about your idea and inspiration.

    We will then start brainstorming and discussing dimensions, features, materials, and accessories. We can guide this stage as much as required.

  • The work completed in the concept stage is used to create a to-scale and accurate digital model of the piece. This ensures all features and measurements will work to create a solid and practical finished piece. During production, the digital model aids in workflow efficiency and helps to minimize waste.

  • After the digital model is complete, you will receive images of the model and a no-obligation quote. After review, if you decide to proceed then the quote will be formalized and a downpayment is required for work to begin. The model and design of the piece will then be finalized.

  • After the design and model are approved, this is when the woodworking starts. This stage includes everything from wood selection and milling, to assembly, and finishing touches. Strict attention to detail and accuracy are paid to every aspect of the production phase to ensure only the highest quality in the finished piece.
