Danish cord weaving is a skilled and time-consuming craft. The time required depends on the total area to be woven and the complexity of the pattern, with items typically taking between 4 to 25 hours to complete.

Despite its strength and durability, Danish cord can be susceptible to damage from pets, prolonged exposure to weather, and old age. If the cord becomes loose, snaps, or is cut, we recommend having it replaced.
