Shipping
We want to make it easy and smooth for you to get your newly handcrafted item, wood care products, and Cardinal Valley swag. This is why we offer multiple shipping, local pickup and delivery methods.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our home workshops in Halifax, Nova Scotia or Upper Granville, Nova Scotia at no additional cost.
Local Delivery
Based on our schedule, local delivery is available between Halifax and other Nova Scotia regions. At the time of order please select the appropriate local delivery option and we will contact you within 2-3 days to schedule a delivery time based on your orders turnaround time.
Halifax & Dartmouth - $7.50
HRM (outside of Halifax proper and Dartmouth) - $10.00
Hants County - $15.00
Kings County - $15.00
Annapolis County - $10.00
Shipping
Canada Post and UPS are used for the majority of shipments across Canada, the USA, and internationally. DHL, FedEx, and other couriers may be used depending on location. Shipping is calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the item.
Other shipping services might be used for larger pieces, such as furniture (shipping method and cost will be determined during the quoting process).
Returns
All custom orders are final sale. All custom orders come with a warranty (details included at the time of order) and we offer full repair services on all products we craft.
All “as-is” items are final sale.
All food products, flowers, seeds, etc. are final sale.
All in-stock items have a refund and return policy that lasts for seven days after delivery. If seven days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. A restocking fee might be applied to damaged items.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the original form of payment will be credited.
Shipping Returns
If your return needs to be shipped back, arrangements will be made when you submit your return request.
